Instructions to the devotees for re-scheduling the 'Sarpasamskara' seva:
Please enter the transaction-id and the mobile no. used while booking the online seva for
'Sarpasamskara'
Rescheduling of the seva will be successful based on the following pre-requisites:
- The entered transaction-id should be a successful transaction-id and should not belong
to the already completed darshan date and should belong to the the 'Sarpasamskara'
seva only
- The entered mobile no. should be the same mobile no. which was used while booking
the 'Sarpasamskara' seva
- The Re-scheduling date of seva will be the future date only (ie., the rescheduled date
will always be greater than the booking date. (For Ex. If booking date is 10/11/2022 then
the re-schedule date will be from 11/11/2022 onwards only)
- The devotees will be allowed to re-schedule the seva only once
The re-scheduling of seva is explained with the following example:
Original Seva booked date : 14/10/2022
This seva can be rescheduled for any date after 14/10/2022 and the reschedule request on the
ITMS portal is allowed only from 09/10/2022 to 11/10/2022 (this means the seva reschedule
request is allowed only for three days starting from sixth day prior to original seva booked data
including the seva booked date
