1. Administration of 34558 Notified Institutions/Declared Institutions.
2. Development/Renovation/Repairs/ Construction of temples.
3. Providing of Basic Infrastructure and amenities to Pilgrims visiting temples.
4. Maintenance of Movable and Immovable properties and Protection,Removal of Encroachments.
5. Appointment of Indoor and Out door temple Servants.
6. Approval of Budgets of Notified Temples.
7. Constitution of Rajya Dharmika Parishath and Zilla Dharmika Parishath.
8. Conducting Rajya Dharmika Parishath meeting and Implementing the orders of Rajya Dharmika Parishath.
9. Formation of Management committees to temples (Excluding temples were Administrators are appointed).
10. Management and administration of Choultries in and out of Karnataka.
11. Formation of Development Committee for Renovation/repairs and construction of temples using Public Funds.
12. Permissions and Recognition for Starting New Agama Schools and colleges. Every Year Agama Exams are Conducted.
13. Preparing Annual Budget of temples and maintenance of Accounts and auditing.
14. Development of Dilapidated notified Institutions
